Senior Marketing Executive (Brand & Social Media Specialist | Fully Remote)
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & E-commerce team.
This role is ideal for a junior–mid level marketing generalist with experience in brand and social media, and the ambition to grow into taking full ownership of these areas over time. While brand and social will be a core part of your work, this is a broad, hands-on role that supports the full spectrum of marketing activity.
You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and you’ll work closely with the marketing and wider business teams to keep marketing activity moving smoothly, while building your skills and confidence.
This is a full time and fully remote role. We are open to candidates based in the UK and Europe, provided you are well positioned to work efficiently with our global team.
What this role involves…
Social Media
managing key channels day to day: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
planning, executing and scheduling content
reporting performance and optimizing channels
identifying trends and reach opportunities
Brand
supporting brand-led projects (such as photography shoots, research) helping create briefs, communicate with external suppliers (freelancers, agencies), track timelines, coordinate go-live and reporting
guiding briefing process for new assets creation, in particular for paid media, working closely with our paid media team and graphic designer
coordinating influencers, press and partnership activity
E-commerce and web content
selecting visual assets for our websites (imagery, video, graphics)
loading sites content, working with our E-Commerce Lead and Content Manager
monitoring competitors online to further inform and enhance our web presence
Trade Marketing
delivering trade initiatives (events presentation, flyers, newsletters), working with our Product & Distribution team
General
supporting the team with keeping projects organised, processes running smoothly and deadlines on track
helping with ad-hoc marketing requests from across the business
creating presentations and materials for company meetings and events
What we need from you…

In order to thrive in this role, you will need:
2–3+ years’ experience in a marketing related role (essential)
experience managing social media channels (essential)
be comfortable using or learning to use tools such as social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Metricool, or similar), CMS systems (WordPress or similar), content creation platforms (Canva, CapCut or similar)
strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for tone, consistency and detail
be interested in a generalist role, supporting a wide range of marketing, e-commerce and administrative activity
be naturally creative and solution-oriented
be organised and reliable, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
be happy to help where needed, even when tasks are operational or behind-the-scenes
be confident working both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
be comfortable working across UK, Europe and US time zones (don’t worry, we make it all very manageable. Work-life balance is non-negotiable here! But when needed, we all flex working hours to accommodate colleagues based in different time zones)

This role is offered at an annual salary of £40,000 / €46,000, depending on location.

You will be presenting your task to our VP of Marketing & E-Commerce and one other team member.
