Premium Travel Advisor Network Development Partner (Remote)
ExperienceFirst is building a new premium, private experiences business designed for the premium travel trade. We are now in an early validation phase, and we need someone who can personally connect us with the right premium travel advisors and manage those relationships during a live pilot.
This role is about using an existing premium travel advisor network to create real commercial traction, quickly.
About ExperienceFirst
ExperienceFirst is a global tour operator operating in cities including Paris, New York, Barcelona, and Madrid.
Historically, we’ve focused on mass-market, direct-to-consumer tours. As of this year, we are intentionally pivoting toward premium, private day experiences and expanding our B2B travel trade distribution.
We have developed initial premium products and are now testing:
whether premium travel advisors want to sell them
how advisors prefer to work with suppliers like us
what operational support is required before scaling
What this role is responsible for
You will act as the primary connector and relationship owner between ExperienceFirst and premium travel advisors during the pilot phase.
Specifically, you will:
1. Activate your existing advisor network
Identify premium travel advisors within your personal network who:
serve affluent or high-net-worth clients
regularly book private experiences
are open to testing new suppliers
Make warm introductions and recruit them into the pilot
2. Manage advisor relationships end-to-end
Act as the single point of contact for recruited advisors
Answer questions, set expectations, and support them through:
first bookings
pilot participation
feedback collection
Ensure advisors remain engaged through the full pilot period
3. Drive pilot activity
Encourage advisors to actively test products with real clients
Track:
which advisors are active
which book experiences
where friction or drop-off occurs
4. Provide market intelligence
Share insight on:
advisor objections
common questions
what advisors expect from premium experience suppliers
Help us understand what would make ExperienceFirst genuinely competitive long-term
5. Optional referral opportunity
In addition to managing your own advisor network, there is an optional referral incentive attached to this role.
If you know other individuals (not advisors) who have:
an established premium travel advisor network
the credibility to activate advisors quickly
availability to support a similar pilot role
You are welcome to refer them to ExperienceFirst.
If your referral is onboarded into a similar freelance role and successfully activates at least one advisor who completes a booking, you will receive a referral bonus.
This is entirely optional and not a core expectation of the role.
What this role is not
To avoid confusion, this role does not involve:
training advisors on systems or platforms
internal sales enablement
building long-term account management infrastructure
managing contracts or commission structures at scale
This is a pilot-stage, relationship-led role, designed for speed and learning.
Who we’re looking for
This role will only work if you already have a deep, active premium travel advisor network.
You are likely a strong fit if you:
have worked directly with premium travel advisors, not just suppliers or operators
can name specific advisors or agencies you would contact immediately
are trusted enough that advisors take your calls and act on your recommendations
understand how advisors sell, book, and support premium experiences
are comfortable managing multiple advisor relationships independently
Typical backgrounds that work well:
former premium travel advisor with strong peer network
travel trade relationship manager (premium agencies / consortia)
premium DMC or supplier-side BD with direct advisor relationships
Success criteria
By the end of the pilot (Feb–June), success looks like:
10–20 qualified premium travel advisors recruited
Advisors actively booking and testing experiences
Clear insight into what works, what doesn’t, and what must change before scaling
Quality of advisors matters more than volume.
Compensation
$1,000/month retainer
$250 bonus per advisor who completes a pilot and books at least one experience (no cancellation)
$250 bonus per successful referral of another Network Development Partner
Pilot runs until 30th June 2026
Practical details
Contract: Freelance / project-based
Location: Remote
Start: ASAP
End: 30th June
A final note
If you would need to build an advisor network from scratch, this role is unlikely to be a good fit.
We are intentionally looking for someone who can move quickly using relationships they already have, and who is comfortable owning those relationships independently.
