Experience Concierge: Craft trips guests will never forget
Come and join a passionate team of travel lovers who are eager to show off each destination to its fullest potential. If you love where you live and enjoy telling stories, you'll fit right in.
What is an Experience Concierge?
This is not a standard guide role. ExperienceFirst's premium private experiences require a different calibre of host; someone who moves effortlessly between expert and confidant, between narrator and logistician, always one step ahead and never on show.
Our Experience Concierges don't follow scripts. They shape experiences by reading a group in real time, drawing on deep knowledge, and weaving together moments that feel entirely personal. Every guest should leave feeling that the day was designed specifically for them.
The Role
As an Experience Concierge, you are the architect of the guest’s day. You work with a high degree of autonomy, bringing deep knowledge of the experience and a genuine customer service mindset.
The experience feels effortless for your guests because you’ve already checked the weather, confirmed the bookings, and are prepared for all contingencies.
What sets you apart is the quality of your attention. Throughout the day, you find quiet ways to make guests feel seen, weaving in details you’ve picked up about them, adjusting as you go, and adding value in ways that are not requested, but bound to be appreciated. By the end, the experience feels as though it was made specifically for them. That’s not luck. That’s craft.
Your Responsibilities
Lead small-group private and premium experiences, taking full ownership of the guest journey from start to finish.
Personalise the experience in real time, adapting narrative, pace, and content to the group in front of you.
Handle all operational tasks, check-in, ticketing, coordination with drivers and venues (always with discretion).
Stay genuinely current on your subject matter or destination, as cities, experiences and their stories are always evolving.
Represent ExperienceFirst at the highest standard, acting as a brand ambassador before, during, and after each experience.
Share knowledge and insights with fellow Concierges to continuously raise the standard of the product.
What You'll Do
ExperienceFirst Guides are the face of our brand. You will:
Lead small to medium-sized groups through carefully designed routes and experiences
Share the history, culture, and stories of the city in a conversational and engaging way
Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests from diverse backgrounds
Manage tour logistics smoothly, including guest check-in and timing
Adapt pacing and storytelling based on group interests and energy
Work closely with the operations team to ensure tours run smoothly
Represent ExperienceFirst with professionalism before, during, and after each tour
